Back the trader, not the ticker.
Every Hypefund coin is a fund. Its creator fees go into a Hyperliquid account that one trader runs. They can trade it but can't withdraw it, and every fill is public.

Every fund, in the open
Equity and positions come from Hyperliquid and refresh every minute. Anyone can check a fund's account on the Hyperliquid explorer.
Coin in. Margin out.
A trader launches once. After that, every buy and sell of their coin tops up their fund.
Launch the coin
Name the coin and set the rules: leverage cap, drawdown stop and markets. It goes live on pump.fun with the fund's own wallet as creator.
Fees become margin
pump.fun pays creator fees in SOL on every trade. Hypefund claims them, bridges them to Hyperliquid and turns them into USDC margin.
The trader trades
The trader places orders on Hypefund. Each order is checked against the rules before it's sent. Positions and equity are public.
Guardrails, set at launch
The trader picks them once. Hypefund enforces them on every order.
No withdrawals
The trader can trade the fund but can't move its money out. Hypefund holds the account key and never signs a withdrawal.
Leverage cap
Orders that would push total exposure above the cap are rejected before they reach Hyperliquid.
Drawdown stop
If the fund falls past its stop from the peak, every position closes and trading pauses for 24 hours.
Profit share
The trader earns 10% of new profits above the fund's high-water mark, paid to their address. Losses have to be made back first.
FAQ
What do holders get?
A public, live view of a trader they believe in, backed by real money. Holders don't own fund shares and aren't paid from the fund. The coin trades on pump.fun like any other.
How much goes into the fund?
pump.fun's creator fee depends on market cap: about 0.95% of volume while a coin is small, falling to 0.05% for large coins. Hypefund keeps 10% and the rest goes to the fund.
Who holds the money?
Hypefund holds each fund's keys. That's what lets it enforce the rules. Every claim, bridge and deposit is listed on the fund's page with its transaction. This is custodial, not trustless.
What happens if a fund blows up?
The drawdown stop closes all positions before it gets there. New fees keep arriving, so the fund refills, and trading resumes after 24 hours.
Is this part of pump.fun or Hyperliquid?
No. Hypefund is independent. It launches coins on pump.fun and trades on Hyperliquid.
